The staff were genuinely welcoming, always going the extra mile. I remember how one morning I left my sunglasses at the pool and a staff member ran after me just to return them. The room was spacious and had this great view of the pool, really made everything feel special.

A common hassle is the towel deposit, which isn't well communicated during check-in. this can be a real inconvenience when you're trying to get into vacation mode. reserving sun loungers is a major issue. seen too many guests hogging them all day while families search for shade. Not to mention, the pool temperature can be on the cooler side, especially if the weather's not cooperating. Daily room cleaning is hit or miss, leaving you wondering if that pile of wet towels will ever get taken care of.
